/KASE, July 24, 2024/ – NMH "Baiterek" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July 16, 2024, the following changes
were made to the composition of the holding's Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Irgaliev;
- elected: Y. Zhamaubaev.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of 10 people: O. Bektenov, Y.
Zhamaubaev, R. Sklyar, N. Baibazarov, M. Takiev, K. Sharlapaev, R.
Karagoishin, Daniel A. Witt, Marie-Helen Berard, Manfred Grundke.
