/KASE, July 24, 2024/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on July 23, 2024 decided to include the
following bonds of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial
bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:
- KZ2P00011695 (MFMOb5; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon,
22.00 % APR; 30/360);
- KZ2P00011711 (MFMOb6; $100, $3.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon,
12.00 % APR; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is July 24, 2024.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
