Akimdiks of Zhambyl region and city of Shymkent raised 14.7 billion tenge on KASE on July 23

/KASE, July 23, 2024/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of two issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place today in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). Based on the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed: - KZMJ00001915 ( DZK 022_191; 1,000 tenge, 5,207,227,000 tenge; 23.07.24 – 23.05.26; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhambyl region for 5.2 billion tenge; - KZSJ00000150 (SHK 022_015; 1,000 tenge, 9,503,287,000 tenge; 23.07.24 – 23.05.26; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of the city of Shymkent for 9.5 billion tenge. These bonds were issued to finance housing construction as part of the implementation of government programs. [2024-07-23]
