NAC Kazatomprom CJSC (Kazakhstan) paid 4th coupon on its bonds of the 1st issue

/KASE, April 1, 04/ - NAC Kazatomprom CJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that on April 1 of 2004, in accordance with the issue terms, the company paid the fourth coupon on its tenge devaluation indexed bonds of the first issue (KZ2CKY05A523; KASE's official "А" listing category, KZAPb1; KZT100, KZT2,300.0 m; April 1, 02 - April 1, 07, semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR). According to the issuer's information coupon payment totaled 21,116,790.24. Income tax withheld at source of income amounted KZT19,175.44, consequently after-tax amount equaled to KZT27,097,614.79. Judging on the mentioned sum of coupon payment, by register fixation date (March 1, 04) about 30.4% of the registered issue volume was outstanding. [2004-04-01]
