/KASE, July 16, 2024/ – Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life"
JSC (Almaty), whose shares are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated July 5,
2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2023;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2023, not to accrue or pay
dividends on the company's common shares for 2023, to leave the net income
at the disposal of the company for further development.
