/KASE, July 15, 2024/ – On July 12, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00011638 ($100, $10.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of "Swiss Capital" MFO, LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second under the first bond program of "Swiss Capital" MFO, LLP, registered on July 10, 2023 in the amount of USD50.0 mln.
