International bonds of TuranAlem Finance B.V. (Netherlands) of the 4th issue: general information

/IRBIS, Andrey Tsalyuk, April 1, 04/ - As was informed before, Bank TuranAlem JSC (Almaty) issued through its daughter company TuranAlem Finance B.V. (Rotterdam) international global notes of the fourth issue, primary additional floatation of which is coming to the end by the moment. In accordance with it IRBIS agency considered it expedient to show full data about this issue received from employees of the bank-guarantor. The bonds are notes of senior unsecured insubordinate debt issued on full security of Bank TuranAlem JSC. At resent the notes have ISIN USN89065AS89 (CUSIP 89989EAD9), but after 40 days since the first tranche date the bonds will be assigned another ISIN. Notes were floated for USD300.0 m., payment date was March 24, 04 and maturity date - March 24, 14 for 10 years with fixed semi-annual coupon 8.000% APR at 98.32% of the face value that was yield of purchaser to maturity equal to 8.25% APR (+452 basis points relative to ten-year bonds of US Treasury with maturity on February 15, 14). Since March 25 the issued has floated additionally notes for USD100.0 m., date of tranche payment is April 6 of 2004. Precisely on this day full closing of the deal is planned. The additional floatation is held at 98.75% of the face value with yield to maturity equaling to 8.19% APR, and as the result total volume of the issue reached $400.0. According to the data of Bloomberg on March 31 notes were quoted at the market at 98.78886 / 98.98887% of the face value that was equal to yield of purchaser to maturity at the rate of 8.18 / 8.15 % APR. Lead-managers of this issue were JP Morgan Chase Bank and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Noted passed listing in Luxemburg. Issuer's guarantor plans to pass listing at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE). On March 22 of 2004 Moody's Investors Service assigned to the issue "Baa3" credit rating, while ratings of the bank-guarantor were "D-/Ba1/stable/NP". Standard & Poor's assigned to the issue "BB-" rating dated March 15 of 2004 while ratings of the bank-guarantor were "BB-/stable/В". [2004-04-01]
