/KASE, 05.07.24/ – ForteBank JSC (Astana), with its securities officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by decision of the
general meeting of shareholders dated July 1, 2024, Tursunkulov D.Sh. is
elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the bank.
Given the made changes, the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC now has six
members: Issatayev T.R., Utemuratov A.B., Kuanyshev T.Zh., Popandopulo F.V.,
Tuyakbaev E.T., Tursunkulov D.Sh.
