/KASE, 04.07.24/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), with its shares officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by decision of the
Board of Directors dated June 28, 2024, Nussipova M.E. is removed from the
Management Board of the company.
Given the made changes, the Management Board of AK Altynalmas JSC now
has four members: B.B. Makhanov, R.M. Karakessov, D.M. Orazayev, R.V.
Vodopshin.
