/KASE, July 3, 2024/ – As reported earlier, on July 2, 2024 the Management
Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include in the official
list of KASE in the “commercial bonds” category of the alternative platform the
following bonds of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP (Almaty) :
- KZ2P00011505 (MFAFb6; 1,000 KZT, 2.0 billion KZT; 12 months; quarterly
coupon, 22.00% p.a; 30/360);
- KZ2P00011513 (MFAFb7; $100, $4.0 million; 12 months; quarterly coupon,
12.00% p.a.; 30/360).
This decision of the Board takes effect on July 4, 2024.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
