/KASE, June 28, 2024/ – National Company KazMunayGas JSC (Astana), with
its securities on the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
reported the following to KASE:

Hereby the joint stock company "National Company "KazMunayGas" (hereinafter
referred to as "NC KMG"), in accordance with clause 9 of Table 3 of Appendix 1
to the Rules for the disclosure of information by the initiators of admission of
securities of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC and with clause 4.3 of Table 1 of
Appendix MDR Business - rules of Astana International Exchange, notifies of the
completion of payment of dividends on shares of NC KMG for 2023 on June 26,
2024.
1) The period for which these dividends on shares were paid: from January 1
to December 31, 2023;
2) The amount of dividend per one common share is 491 (Four hundred ninety-
one) tenge 71 (seventy-one) tiyn;
3) The total amount of dividends to be paid to shareholders is
300,001,855,903.03 (three hundred billion one million eight hundred
fifty-five thousand nine hundred three) tenge 3 (three) tiyn;
4) The total amount of dividends actually paid to shareholders is
300,001,855,903 (three hundred billion one million eight hundred fifty-five
thousand nine hundred three) tenge 3 (three) tiyn;
5) Date of fixation of the register of securities holders for payment of this
