securities on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed
KASE that by decision of its sole shareholder dated June 19, 2024, Kuzdibaev
A.Sh. is elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the company.
Given the made changes, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing
Company JSC consists of six people: Son V.V., Murzagaliyeva A.Ye.,
Kozhakhmetov K.B., Kandykbayev S.A., Khamitov E.E., Kuzdibayev A. Sh.
