(Astana), with its securities on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), provided KASE with a press release dated June 26, 2024, reading as
follows:

National Atomic Company Kazatomprom JSC (hereinafter referred to as
“Kazatomprom” or the “Company”) announces that payment of the 2023
dividends to holders of securities of the Company was completed on June 26,
2024. Total amount of dividend payments according to the decision made by the
annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Minutes No. 1 dated
May 23, 2024) made 314,648,843,259.52 KZT (three hundred fourteen billion six
hundred forty eight million eight hundred forty three thousand two hundred fifty
nine KZT and 52 tiyns) or 1,213.19 KZT (one thousand two hundred thirteen KZT
and 19 tiyns) per common share (one GDR is equal to one common share).

Payment of dividends is carried out to bank accounts of shareholders and/or
nominal holders specified in the system of Central Securities Depository JSC
(hereinafter - CSD) as of the date of fixation of the register of security
