/KASE, June 26, 2024/ – Tin One Mining JSC (Almaty), with its shares on the
official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 24, 2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- To approve the 2023 financial statements of the company;
- not to pay dividends on common shares of the company due to lack of 2023 net
income.
