/KASE, June 25, 2024/ – Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC (Aktobe), with its
shares on the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified
KASE that on July 25, 2024 the annual general meeting of its shareholders starts
at 10:00 a.m. with the following agenda:
- approve the 2023 financial statements of the company;
- determine the procedure for distribution of the 2023 net income of the
company and size of the dividend per common share of the company;
- study the issue of shareholder appeals against actions of the company and its
officials and results of their study.
