/KASE, June 21, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on June 20, 2024, the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the
following bonds of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana) in the "bonds"
category of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00007409 (KZIKb34; 1,000 tenge, 65.0 bn tenge; 6 years; semi-annual
coupon, 8.79 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2C00007854 (KZIKb37; 1,000 tenge, 25.0 bn tenge; 6 years; semi-annual
coupon, 4.05 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2C00007649 (KZIKb38; 1,000 tenge, 90.0 bn tenge; 12 years; semi-annual
coupon, 4.05 % per annum; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is June 21, 2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
