/KASE, June 20, 2024/ – Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders
will begin on July 19, 2024 at 11:00, with the following agenda:
1) on approval of the company's 2023 annual financial statements;
2) on determining the procedure for distribution of the company's net income
for 2023, on taking a decision on payout of dividends on the company's
ordinary shares and defining the amount of dividend per ordinary share of
the company;
3) on claims of shareholders over actions of the company and its executives
and results of their consideration;
4) on the amount and structure of remuneration to members of the Board of
Directors and the executive body of the company for 2023.
