/KASE, June 20, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since June 20, 2024, trading in the following international bonds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Peru has been suspended on KASE: - US715638BU55 (sector "government securities", PE_01_2708); - US715638DE95 (sector "government securities", PE_02_2601). Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to KASE having received information that a tender offer to repurchase the specified bonds was announced on June 18, 2024, whose validity expires June 25, 2024.
