Bonds KZ2C00011468 (HSBKb21) of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, June 20, 2024/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on June 19, 2024, decided to include bonds KZ2C00011468 (KZT10,000, KZT290.0 bn; 7 years; inflation rate indexed semi-annual coupon; 30/360) of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second under the fifth bond program of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, registered on February 8, 2016 in the amount of 300.0 billion tenge. The financial consultant of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) HSBKb21.
