/KASE, June 17, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that
as of June 18, 2024, the following information on common shares
US67066G1040 (KASE Global sector, NVDA_KZ) of NVIDIA Corp. (USA) will be
changed in KASE's trading system and databases in connection with the split
with a coefficient of 10 to 1:
- the number of authorized common shares from 2,500,000,000 to
24,600,000,000;
- the number of issued common shares from 2,396,804,463 to
23,652,472,668.
As of June 18, 2024, trading in said shares, which had been suspended since
May 27, 2024, will be resumed on KASE.
