/KASE, June 14, 2024/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 4, 2024, the
following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:
- M. Yelibayev,
- B. Omarov,
- A. Jailaubekova,
- Y. Makanov,
- D. Turysbekov,
- R. Gapparov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Industrial
Development Fund JSC consists of six people.
