Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about payment of the first coupon made by BTA Mortgage JSC (Kazakhstan) on its first issue bonds

/KASE, March 29, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC, which acts as the Representative of holders of 1st issue mortgage bonds of BTA Mortgage JSC (Almaty) (KZ2CKY07A867; official "В" listing category, BTAIb1; KZT10,000.00; KZT500.0 m; December 12, 03 - December 12, 10; three-months coupon with floating rate, for the first half a year the rate is set to 10.0% APR), as well as Payment agent of the issuer, forwarded an official letter to KASE saying that on March 29, 2004 the first coupon was paid to holders of abovementioned securities. The letter that was additionally confirmed by company's financial advisor - TuranAlem Securities JSC (Almaty) - states that after tax coupon payment totaled KZT9,512,500.
