/KASE, June 12, 2024/ – BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit
JSC) (Almaty, in the heading – BCC Invest JSC), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 30, 2024.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2023;
- not to pay dividends based on the results of 2023;
- to retain the 2023 net income in the amount of 3,495,205 tenge in the company.
