/KASE, June 6, 2024/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
May 31, 2024, Sh. Sadyrov was removed from the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Microfinance
Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC consists of four persons: S. Dosumov,
Michael Weinstein, S. Akhanov, A. Bolatzhan.
