Bonds KZ2P00011174 (MFUCb6) of "UNICREDO" MFO passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, June 5, 2024/ – On June 5, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00011174 (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % APR; 30/360) of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second under the first bond program of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 21, 2022 in the amount of KZT10.0 bn. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFUCb6.
