Bonds KZ2P00011398 (MFRFb13) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, June 5, 2024/ – On June 5, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00011398 (KZT1,000, KZT4.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second under the first bond program of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on March 15, 2024 in the amount of KZT30.0 bn. The financial consultant of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP is First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC (Astana). The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFRFb13.
