/KASE, June 3, 2024/ – SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 31, 2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to allocate 63,545,929,158.25 tenge from the fund's retained earnings for
2022 to pay dividends;
- to approve the amount of dividends on common shares in the amount of
18.25 tenge per common share of the fund.
