/KASE, May 30, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 27, 2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited annual financial statements for 2023;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2023;
- to spend the company's net income for 2023 in the amount of
92,094,855,281.45 tenge on the company development.
