/KASE, May 28, 2024/ – Kazakhmys Copper JSC (Ulytau region), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 22, 2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements (separate and
consolidated) for 2023;
- due to the absence of the company's net profit for 2023, there shall be no
accrual or payment of dividends on ordinary shares.
