/KASE, May 27, 2024/ – Kaspi.kz JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on May
22, 2024.
Shareholders, among other things, took a decision on payment of dividends on
ordinary shares of the company for the first quarter of 2024 at KZT850 per
share. The dividends payment start date is May 22, 2024.
