/KASE, May 22, 2024/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank
JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated
May 15, 2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited annual financial statements of the bank for 2023;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the bank's net income for
2023 in the amount of 147,527,532,683.29 tenge:
- 30 % shall be used to pay dividends to the sole shareholder of the bank;
- to retain 70 % at the disposal of the bank.
