/KASE, May 20, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of May 21, 2024 trading in common shares US55616P1049 (sector "KASE Global", M_KZ) of Macy's (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on June 14, 2024 and subsequent dates. Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified shares will be June 14, 2024.
