/KASE, May 17, 2024/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 31, 2024 at
15:00, with the following agenda:
- on approval of the bank's audited annual financial statements for 2023;
- on approving the procedure for distributing the bank's net income for 2023;
- on consideration of the issue of appeals of the bank's shareholders over
actions of the bank and its executives and results of their consideration;
- on informing the shareholders of the bank about the amount and composition
of the remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the
Management Board of the bank;
- on choosing an audit organization to conduct an audit of the bank for 2024.
