/KASE, May 17, 2024/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
as of May 14, 2024 it owns the 100 % stake in the authorized capital of AES
Shulbinskaya GES LLP and AES Ust-Kamenogorsk GES LLP.
