/KASE, March 24, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has informed KASE that on March 23 of 2004 its Board of directors made the decision about floatation of additional announced shares of the bank 10,000,000 in number at no less than KZT200 per share. During making of deals at the organized market floatation price will be determined judging on the best market conditions at the during floatation.
