Bonds KZ2P00011299 (MFKMb4) of Microfinance Organization "KMF" passed listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of main market

/KASE, May 4, 2024/ – On May 4, 2024 the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00011299 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 360 days; annual coupon; will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFKMb4.
