officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the payment on April 30, 2024 of dividends for the fourth quarter of 2023
on common shares KZ1C00000678 (KASE main market, category "standard",
ASTL) in the amount of KZT191,648,000, on preferred shares – in the amount of
KZT5,927,520, for the past periods of 2021 on common shares – in the amount
of KZT870,778,000 and on preferred shares – in the amount of KZT26,932,470.
