/KASE, May 2, 2024/ – Leasing Group JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on May 31, 2024 at
15:00, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2023 annual financial statements;
- defining the procedure for distributing the company's net income and dividend
per common share for 2023 fiscal year.
