Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) registered additions and amendments to the Prospectus of the fourth issue of shares

/KASE, 23.03.04/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty), whose shares are circulating in official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE), provided KASE with copies of additions and amendments to the Prospectus of the 4th issue shares, registered with Kazakhstan Agency on financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision, as well as certificate of state registration of the issue of bank's announced shares dated March 12, 2004. According to documents presented, the issue of CCB's announced shares has been split into 35,316,695 shares, which were assigned KZ1C36280010 national identification number. The issue has been included in State register of securities under А3628 number. According to abovementioned certificate, 25,316,695 of bank's common shares were floated and fully paid as of amendments registration date. [2004-03-23]
