/KASE, April 25, 2024/ – National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC (Astana),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the following:

... the transfer of the subsoil use right for the Kurmangazy structure from JSC
MNC KazMunayTeniz to NC KMG within the framework of the concluded Sale and
Purchase Agreement for the subsoil use right and Addendums to the Production
Sharing Agreement for the Kurmangazy structure, located in the Caspian Sea. The
transfer of the subsoil use right was carried out from the date of state
registration of the Addendum to the Agreement – April 11, 2024.
