/KASE, April 24, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on April 22, 2024 the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2C00011120 (HCBNpp1; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn, 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will
be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for
the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty) in KASE official
list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is April 24,
2024.
