/KASE, April 23, 2024/ – Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that "the paid-in capital of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC
(hereinafter – the Company) was increased by an amount of KZT639,943,213.71
through the sale of 212,683 ordinary shares of the Company on the organized
securities market. As of April 19, 2024, the total number of issued common
shares is 760,882".
