/KASE, April 22, 2024/ – ULMUS BESSHOKY JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 20, 2024
at 10:00 a.m., with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders;
- on amendments to the company's charter;
- on making a decision on the method and price of issuing shares of the
company within the authorized number of shares of the company.
