/KASE, April 19, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on April 17, 2024 the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00010960 (MFMCb1; KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 1 year; quarterly coupon, will
be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for
the offering of bonds; 30/360) of MFO "MyCar Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the
"bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is April 22,
2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
