/KASE, April 17, 2024/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aqtobe),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on May 21, 2024 at 11:00 o'clock. The only issue on the agenda of the
said meeting is the issue "On dividends based on the results of the third
quarter of 2023, the amount of dividend per common share of the Company".
