/KASE, April 16, 2024/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 12, 2024, the following
persons were elected to the Management Board:
- A. Baltabaev,
- A. Aidarov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Samruk-
Energy JSC consists of seven persons: E. Ivchenko, K. Maksutov, R.
Turgambayev, N. Zhaparkhanov, A. Kamalov, A. Baltabaev,A. Aidarov.
