/KASE, April 15, 2024/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on May 6, 2024 at
10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2023 annual financial statements;
- approval of the procedure of distributing the company's net income for
2023 and amount of dividends per ordinary share of the company;
- considering the information about shareholders' complaints over actions
of the company and its executives and results of their consideration in 2023.
