/KASE, April 12, 2024/ – Ai Karaauyl JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 13, 2024 at 10:00 o'clock,
with the agenda as follows:
- approval of separate audited and consolidated audited financial statements
for 2023;
- distribution of the company's net income for 2023 and determining the amount
of dividend per common share of the company;
- introducing changes and additions to the company's charter due to a change
in legal address;
- consideration of shareholder appeals regarding the actions of the company
and its executives and the results of their consideration.
