/KASE, April 11, 2024/ – NMH "Baiterek" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 4, 2024, R. Karagoishin was
elected the Chairman of the holding's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of NMH
"Baiterek" JSC consists of five persons: R. Karagoishin, N. Aidapkelov, Y.
Khamitov, U. Galym, V. Son.
