/KASE, April 8, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on April 5, 2024 the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00011067 (MFRFb12; KZT1,000, KZT6.0 bn; 1.5 years; monthly coupon,
21.00 % APR, 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Almaty)
in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is April 9, 2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
